Ingredients Needed for Easy White Chocolate Dipped Rainbow Unicorn Oreos

These adorable unicorn Oreos actually only need a handful of ingredients to create. You can scroll to the end of this post for the full measurements and steps on the printable recipe card, too.
You’ll need:
- Oreos
- White chocolate chips or candy melts
- Rainbow sprinkles of your choice
You’ll also need:
- 1 small microwave safe bowl
- A spoon
- An Oreo mold like this
For this recipe I used white chocolate chips because they are easy and what I had on hand. However, you can also easily substitute white candy melts! These can be found at craft stores that have a baking section, many local grocery stores, Walmart or ordered online from Amazon. They’re also vanilla flavored, so they go nicely with most Oreo flavors.
I usually pick up fun sprinkle mixes at Walmart or Target. There are also lots of options that can be found at Amazon as well if you prefer to order online.
I also tried a different technique for making these chocolate dipped Oreos: using an Oreo mold! It made things easy and less messy, but if you want to try a different technique (or just want to make these without an extra supply run), check out my Chocolate Covered Halloween Dipped Oreos recipe too.

These no bake desserts are going to be your new favorite! Dipped Oreos are always such a hit, whether for kids or for grown ups, and these unicorn white chocolate covered Oreos are so easy and fun to make.
In a microwave-safe bowl, place the white chocolate chips.
Microwave the bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until the candy is fully melted and smooth (takes about 2 minutes).

Scoop a spoonful of melted chocolate into the Oreo mold, so that the bottom is covered with chocolate.
Place an Oreo on top of the chocolate, and slightly push down.

Place another scoop of melted chocolate on top of the Oreos and shake the mold until all chocolate is covering the Oreos evenly.
Top with your favorite sprinkles and place the Oreo mold in the fridge for at least a half hour, until solid.
