However, like many modern families, we don’t have the ability to roast them over an open fire every day. That’s when the air fryer saves the day!

Ingredients Needed for Easy Air Fryer S’mores
To make s’mores indoors using your air fryer, you’ll need a few simple ingredients. You can scroll to the end of the post for the printable recipe card with all of the measurements too.
Graham crackers
Hershey’s chocolate bar
Marshmallows
You’ll also need an air fryer. A liner is optional. If you’d like, you can use parchment paper, aluminum foil or a reusable silicone air fryer liner.
How to Make Air Fryer S’mores
First, take your graham crackers and break them in half so that they’re even squares.
Next, put the marshmallows on the halves of the graham crackers. If you have a large marshmallow, you can even tear it in half and stick the sticky side to the graham cracker if you’re worried about it flying around.
Close the air fryer basket and cook them at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 4-6 minutes, or until the marshmallows have reached your desired level of brownness. I recommend checking them after 2-3 minutes.
Once your marshmallows are perfectly toasted, remove them from the air fryer and immediately place the chocolate on top. Follow with the other half of the graham cracker to make it a sandwich. Enjoy while nice and warm!

Tips for the Perfect Air Fryer S’mores
Most air fryer baskets can make 2 smores at a time. Lay the graham crackers in a single layer in the air fryer so that the marshmallows get fully roasted.
Not all air fryers cook the same way. Different sizes and brands cook differently, so keep an eye on the s’mores so that the marshmallows don’t overcook. 5-7 minutes is an estimate, but your air fryer might roast them faster. I recommend checking after 2-3 minutes to see if they’ve started browning.
Any kind of chocolate bar can be used for air fryer s’mores. I used milk chocolate for this recipe because it’s what my own kiddos like, but s’mores are also delicious with white chocolate, dark chocolate, mini chocolate chips or even mint chocolate.
