  • 1 package of crushed Oreo cookies (regular Oreos are perfect)
  • Softened cream cheese
  • Mini white chocolate chips, melted
  • Mini Reese’s peanut butter cups
  • Red and green sprinkles (or the holiday color combo of your choice)

I also recommend using a small cookie scoop like this to make this recipe easier (and a little less messy).

You can experiment with different types of truffles for your sweet tooth by changing up the ingredients. For this easy recipe I used traditional Oreos for my crushed Oreos, but mint Oreos are a fun way to add an easy twist.

You can crush candy canes or peppermint to sprinkle on top of the melted chocolate dipped Oreo to create a peppermint version! You can also use green candy melts, red candy melts or white candy melts to form a candy coating instead of a chocolate one, or use food coloring to change up the color of the melted white chocolate.

This recipe calls for an entire package of Oreos.

Use a small cookie scoop like this to form the mixture into small balls (1 inch balls) and place in a single layer on the prepared cookie sheet. If you need to, you can roll them in between your hands to firm up the ball shape.

Transfer the balls to the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour, or place in the freezer for 30 minutes to 60 minutes.

To melt the chocolate, place the pieces into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 20 second to 30-second intervals, stirring well in between. Continue until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
